"I recently bought my first ever brand new Toyota (2012) from Mtn. States and had the best salesman ever...Bo Bliss. Prior to this I took my older Toyota ('97) to them for servicing and I was always treated extremely well. 3 mos. after purchasing my new car I was hit by a driver and it was totaled. I let my insurance know and contacted Toyota again and received a lot of special attention and they offered me the exact same deal on another new car. Bo even went above his duty to find me the exact same car in the exact same color. It is being ordered and shipped as I write this. There was no hassle,or pressure to buy and I feel like a real part of the Toyota family. I bought my first Toyota from another dealer and it was a very bad experience and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. But Mtn. States is one of the best and I feel respected and very welcome and it is truly genuine. I have recommended this dealership to everyone I know and will continue to hold them in high esteem. Thank you to all the staff at Mountain States Toyota....you deserve the best rating of any dealership in the Rocky Mountain area! Keep up the good work!"
