"Our car buying experience with Mountain States Toyota was wonderful in every way. My husband and I found a car we were interested in through an online auto search website. We contacted Mountain States (where the car was listed) and asked if the car was still there. It was, so we drove down to the dealer the next evening where we were introduced to Patrick Ericcson. Patrick was friendly, cheerful and respectful, and more than willing to assist us. We took the car for a test drive, considered all the in's and out's of the vehicle and decided we wanted to buy it. Patrick was very straight forward with us in regards to all the fees that were involved with the purchasing process. He happily resolved the one price discrepancy we found and answered every question we had. If he didn't know the answer, he found out for us in a timely manner. The financing process was very easy as well, and again...very straightforward. We left happy campers as we got the car we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. We got a very low financing rate, and a great trade in amount on our old car. I would definitely recommend Mountain States Toyota, and specifically Patrick Ericcson to anyone looking to avoid all those high pressure car sales lots.
