"Drove over 400 miles to get my Tundra Crewmax serviced from Mountain States Toyota because my local dealer didn't have a clue what to do for transmission fluid exchange. They got me in first thing to ensure I would be able to drive out Sunday morning. They performed a true multi-point inspection and found a leaky water pump. Victor Martinez honored my extended warranty with no questions asked. The dealership even got me a rental car so the family and I could go enjoy Denver while they performed my requested service and my newly discovered warranty service. I've been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and this service department is truly impressive in knowledge and customer service. I'll definitely be back to buy my next car here.

"I just bought a Toyota FJ Cruiser from Mountain States Toyota. They gave me a great deal on it and the customer service was awesome. This was the best, most pain free, car buying experience I have ever had. We got there later in the evening, and the place was still pretty busy. Our salesman Gary was very nice and patient with us, and very good about answering questions. Chris was also very patient and helpful on the financial end. They got unexpectedly busy just before closing, but were nice enough to stay late to get all the customers taken care of. I recommend Mountain States Toyota to anyone looking for an enjoyable, dealership experience!"
