"Hi, I'm writing to let you know what a pleasant experience I had at Mountain States Toyota on January 17, 2013 when my wife & I purchased a Hyundai Sonata. The reason for our great car buying experience was our sales representative Jeff Gomez. It started in the morning when I came in for a test drive and Mr. Gomez answered all my questions, was polite, not pushy & patient. In the afternoon when I called back to see if the car had been sold, Mr. Gomez informed me it hadn't and he offered to drive it to my wife's work location so she could test drive it. The moment we arrived at the dealership to purchase the vehicle, Jeff made sure we were comfortable with the whole process. Mr. Gomez's professionalism is what makes the car buying process stress free. I will make sure that I tell all my friends and colleagues what an awesome experience a customer receives at Mountain States Toyota because of sales representatives like Jeff Gomez."
